Bringing Essex Together

Bellway offers up to £40,000 towards new homes in Essex

Bellway is offering a range of flexible benefits worth up to £40,000 to anyone looking to buy a new home in Essex this spring.
The offer forms part of Bellway’s ‘Feels like home’ campaign, which highlights the benefits of buying a new energy-efficient home and making it your own.
The campaign showcases Bellway’s refreshed look, with new branding that has been unveiled to coincide with the company’s 80th anniversary. Bellway is also celebrating having secured 5-Star Builder accreditation from the Home Builders Federation for the 10th consecutive year, and being rated excellent on Trustpilot.
Mary O’Sullivan, Sales Director for Bellway Essex, said: “Customers sit at the heart of every decision we take. We know that having a fresh space which they can tailor to their own style is something our buyers value highly. We also understand that people need help in different ways to make buying a new home work for them.
“Recommendations from our buyers led to us retaining our 5-Star Builder status, and customer feedback helped to shape our rebrand. Our ‘Feels like home’ campaign brings together everything that we know to be important to our customers and offers flexible incentives to enable them to make their move.”
The incentive can be used towards a deposit, as a mortgage contribution, or to personalise a home with flooring, appliances or other upgraded features.
The offers are available until the end of May on selected plots at:

* Poppy View in Saffron Walden
* Beaulieu Grange in Chelmsford
* Rectory Fields in Witham
* Francis Gardens in Silver End
* Sapphire Fields at Great Dunmow
* Maplewood Grove in Great Dunmow
* Hare’s Leap in Henham
* Westcombe Park in Maldon
* Maple Creek in Fobbing
* Roe Wood Park in Romford

Incentives are also available at the following developments by Ashberry Homes, which is part of the Bellway group:

* Beaumont Park in Great Dunmow

Erin, 27, a personal assistant with Rayden Solicitors in Bishop’s Stortford, and her partner Kian Ronan, 24, a professional footballer for Chelmsford City FC, have bought a two-bedroom semi-detached house at Bellway’s Sapphire Fields at Great Dunmow Grange development in Great Dunmow, Essex.
They were given a £12,000 incentive by Bellway, which they used to pay their £3,999 Stamp Duty. The rest of the incentive money paid for extras including an upgraded kitchen and furniture. Bellway also gave them appliances and turfed the garden.

“It’s things like that, that you wouldn’t get if you were buying a pre-owned house,” said Erin.

The couple like the layout of Sapphire Fields. Erin said: “There were other developments we went to look at that felt quite closed in, but here it is very spacious. And every house has a double drive so there are not many cars parked on the road. We have a big field and a park, they are going to put football pitches in, and there is a forest next to the development, so it’s nice that there’s green space.”
