24 Apr Basildon Council employees awarded for going the extra mile
Basildon Council employees who have gone the extra mile to improve residents’ lives and make a difference in the borough were recognised at the 2018 Staff Awards.
The Improving Lives Award, which is reserved solely for public nominations, was won by Cleansing Operative Josh Davis. He was praised by residents for battling extreme weather conditions to clean up the streets of Vange and consistently delivering his day job with pride and integrity.
