Pupils in Essex are eating more fresh, healthy food and less sugar thanks to school caterer Pabulum, who now cater for 11 schools across the region including four in the South Essex area. The achievements of Pabulum’s Essex-based staff were recently recognised at the company’s annual conference, known as ‘Meet 2016 – Everyone Counts’.
Dennis Baillie, Development Chef for schools in the Essex region, came away with the company’s highest honour, the prestigious Chairman’s Award. The award recognises Dennis’ dedication and commitment across the year. Dennis also won Pabulum’s award for innovation, along with two of his Essex region colleagues, Colin Cane – Operations Manager and David Wardle – Operations Support Manager.
