15 Nov Award-winning artist Graham Webber to paint at Dunmow Art Group
Award-winning Essex landscape oil painter Graham Webber ROI IEA will be coming to Dunmow Art Group this month to give an evening painting demonstration.
Graham Webber will be painting a seascape in oils at the Dourdan Pavilion, Great Dunmow, on Wednesday 23rd November from 7.30pm-9.30pm.
Graham is a professional artist born in North East Essex and is an elected member of The Royal Institute of Oil Painters (ROI) and the Institute of East Anglian Artists (IEA).
His love of landscape oil painting stems from the adaptability and responsiveness of the medium as well as his family connections to the landscape. East Anglian painters such as Edward Seago, Harry Becker and John Constable are constant sources of inspiration.
Most of Graham’s paintings are influenced by changing atmospheres and appreciation of nature and the landscape itself whether at home in East Anglia or further afield.
The painting demonstration is £1 for members of Dunmow Art Group and £5 for non-members.
Dunmow Art Group has a long history of supporting artists and art lovers in Dunmow and the surrounding area and has a regular programme of weekly art meetings and monthly visiting artists.
