Leading global professional services firm, Aon plc (NYSE: AON), has welcomed four new apprentices to its office in Chelmsford as part of its Early Careers programme.
The new recruits – Riley Radley, Aimee Jarvis, Kamilla Ganieva, and Henry Pepper – join the firm’s Commercial Risk team and Global Broking Centre, gaining meaningful hands-on experience and broader professional development. Both Aimee and Kamilla previously attended Aon’s Work Insights Programme – the firm’s award-winning work experience programme. All new joiners will receive guidance and support to develop into future leaders at Aon.
Aon’s apprenticeship programme offers a comprehensive 18-month to two-year experience that blends education with practical work. In addition to apprenticeships, Aon’s Early Careers Programme also offers graduate roles and placement year positions.
Chris Goss, head of the Chelmsford office for Aon, said:
“Aon’s Early Careers programme attracts the best and brightest talent and competition is high every year to gain a place on each of the schemes. We are always impressed by the talent that we attract, and this is no less the case with the apprentices joining us this year.
“I’d like to congratulate Riley, Aimee, Kamilla and Henry, and welcome them to the Chelmsford team. I look forward to watching them flourish in their careers.”
