14 Jul Accuro sponsored walk for Support 4 Sight
Accuro Saturday Play Club staff, volunteers, children and young people completed their sponsored walk on Saturday (July 9).
Play Leader Cath Read, Deputy Leader Dianne Carter and Clare Marchant (guided by Support 4 Sight volunteers) completed the 1.9 miles blindfolded to raise awareness of those with visual impairment.
Half of the sponsor money collected with go to Support 4 Sight based in Saffron Walden.
Play Club amnbassador Oliver Christou gave a short speech of encouragement before leading the group on his chosen route from Dame Bradbury’s school to Audley End Miniature Railway.
