20 Jul A new Family Law firm achieve LEXCEL Accreditation within the first 6 months of launch
Sadler Cross Family Law, which is based in Essex and Suffolk, launched only 6 months ago but they have already achieved the Law Society’s LEXCEL Accreditation.
LEXCEL is a professional quality mark awarded by the Law Society to firms who demonstrate both excellence in management of their practice and excellence in client care.
Founders Lauren Sadler and Anna Cross believe that building the business on solid foundation is the key to success. Lauren Sadler comments, “The LEXCEL Accreditation provides clients with the confidence that the practice is managed to a high standard and that their matter will be well looked after.”
Anna Cross added, “throughout our careers Lauren and I have always committed to quality advice delivered with compassion and an exceptional level of client care. We believe that continuing with that approach is essential to the success of our new business. Committing to the stringent standards required for LEXCEL Accreditation is the first step to building a Family Law firm with a solid reputation.”
It’s not easy to achieve
Of the 11,831 Solicitors firms listed on the Law Society’s Find a Solicitor website only 1,511 are listed with LEXCEL which is just 13% of law firms in England & Wales. To achieve the accreditation, firms must meet a required standard in seven areas including financial management, file management, risk management and people management. It’s a rigorous assessment and one that must be repeated annually to keep the Accreditation. Sadler Cross Family Law were commended on their Initial Assessment for 40 areas of “good practice” which exceed the minimum LEXCEL requirement which is an amazing achievement.
