15 Mar £5m+ Maldon former mill with Warehouses with residential potential to be sold at auction
A Grade II listed former mill in Maldon is to be sold at auction with a guide price of £5m-£5.25m.
ICS House, 10-14 Hall Road, comprises a site of 1.67 acres converted to offices together with two separate warehouse buildings and parking. It currently produces annual rental income of £449,456.
An indicative plan showing how the site could be redeveloped into of 32 flats and 19 houses has been prepared.
