“I love creating, talking, and connecting. Once I realised hair could take me to places like Fashion Week, I was hooked,” says Ella. “There’s a stigma that hair and beauty are ‘backup’ careers, but they’re not. They’re powerful, creative, and absolutely irreplaceable.”
