Romford school girls to produce song for NSPCC’s Childline

23 Jun Romford school girls to produce song for NSPCC’s Childline

by Dan Bryans

THREE school girls have gone above and beyond to help children in need by teaming up with some leading music producers to create a song about the Childline helpline.

Friends Alisa-Maria Nita, 10, Madeline Bates, 11 and Maisie Harvey, 12, all from Romford have formed a group called Soda Pop!

They enlisted the help of X Factor finalist Melanie Masson and vocal coach Sheen Doran, who has been in the music business for over 40 years from musical theatre to pop with her 80’s hit group Toto Coelo.

The trio hope their song titled ‘Real Life’, written by leading producer and songwriters Julian Littman and Charlie Dore, will help raise vital funds for the NSPCC’s Childline service which children can call 24/7 whenever they need help.
