Chelmsford based songwriter Paolo Morena attended the 10th Annual Panic Awards and was voted “SOLO PERFORMER OF THE DECADE”.
A testament to the dedication that the Essex songwriter has shown as a writer and performer over the past 10 years and the huge respect that he is held in.
The Panic Awards is a non-profit celebration of all that is amazing about our ocal live entertainment community, in Essex.
