25 May Billericay Town FC to bring in 60 new jobs into local area

Non-league Billericay Town FC have announced plans to bring in a whopping 60 jobs into the local area. The Blues who currently play in the Isthmian League Premier Division seem to be going from strength to strength!
A recruitment day has been arranged by the club’s millionaire owner Glenn Tamplin, with a hope of drawing out the brightest prospects from the local area.
Tamplin told Your Thurrock “I am running a big recruitment day on the 9th of June and I want to bring in a wide variety of staff from bar staff right through to stewards”
The move will see some SIXTY jobs injected into Billericay and the surrounding areas and is being seen as a stepping stone in plans Tamplin has to boost the town and bring the growing community together.
Tamplin added “The growth of the club has made it necessary for me to make this additional investment and it’s in place for the future of the club and a tool required to galvanise the community”
The big talk of the recruitment drive has been the job openings at Billericay Fan TV, the team YouTube channel which is expected to host interviews with players and staff and cover fixtures is looking for a face and creative staff to run it.
